Hi, I’m Amanda Butler — and I make meetings easier.

After more than two decades in the meetings and hospitality industry, I’ve learned one thing: organizations are overwhelmed.
Finding the right hotel… waiting for responses… comparing proposals… negotiating contracts… trying to understand fees, attrition, and clauses…

It’s a lot — especially for people who already have full-time jobs.

That’s where I come in.

I specialize in hotel sourcing and contract negotiation for meetings and events.

I work with companies, nonprofits, and associations to:

• identify hotels that match their meeting needs

• manage the entire RFP and sourcing process

• evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing and concessions

• protect them through smart, customized contract language

• ensure they feel confident before they ever sign

You run the meeting — I handle everything before the agreement is finalized.

And because hotels pay my commission after your event, there is no cost to you for my sourcing services.

Why I do this work

I spent years working inside hotels and on the destination side — from sales offices to CVBs. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming hotel sourcing and contracting can be for planners, admins, and executives who don’t live in this world every day.

I heard the same frustrations repeatedly:
