WHO I AM
About me
Hi, I’m Amanda Butler, a meeting broker with Meetings Made Easy and a hospitality professional with deep experience across both the hotel and destination sides of the industry. Before joining MME, I spent years working on the hotel side and CVB side supporting clients — which gives me a unique 360° perspective. I understand how hotels operate, what they can offer, and where the hidden risks usually live. I also know how destinations support meetings. My clients trust me because I’m detail-oriented, contract-savvy, relationship-driven, and always advocating for their best interest.
I’m originally from the Southeast, and while I now call Denver, Colorado home, I still bring that southern warmth, relationship-focused approach, and “get it done” mindset into everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy life in Aurora with my husband, our two dogs (Teddy & Riley), and our cat (Gizmo). Family time means everything to me, especially with my son in Texas and our family spread across Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and the Carolinas.

We’re a tight-knit boutique team, and every one of us brings different experience, insight, and relationships to the table. If I ever need a connection, insight, trend update, or support from the top of the chain, it’s available to me almost immediately.

You’re part of the MME community. We host an annual event, the MME Experience, where key clients meet destinations, hotels, DMCs, and partners for education, networking, and a lot of fun.
We also curate one or two MME FAM events each year in partnership with unique destinations so clients can experience properties firsthand.We customize everything.
Every client works differently, and I adapt to what works best for you. I don’t expect you to fit into my workflow — I tailor my support to yours.We lead with relationships.
Our boutique size allows us to move quickly, stay connected, and provide a level of personal service that larger firms simply can’t replicate.
