Are you a meeting planner?

No. I’m not a full-service meeting or event planner.

I don’t handle:

  • agendas or speakers

  • event design or décor

  • onsite management

  • registration or transportation

What does “hotel sourcing” mean?

Hotel sourcing includes:

  • sending your meeting details (RFP) to suitable hotels

  • collecting and organizing proposals

  • comparing rates, dates, space, and fees

  • narrowing down options

  • negotiating terms and concessions

It’s essentially concierge-level help to find and secure the right hotel for your program.

How much do your services cost?

My services are completely free to you. Hotels pay my commission (just like a travel agent or hotels.com), so your budget stays intact. My loyalty is always to my clients.

Why should I use a meeting broker instead of going directly to hotels?

Going directly to hotels can mean:

  • slower response times

  • inconsistent proposals

  • confusing fees and terms

  • a lot of extra work on your plate

Do I have to sign a contract with you?

No. At Meetings Made Easy, we don’t require client contracts. We believe in earning your trust through great service, not paperwork.

Are you tied to any specific hotels or brands?

No. I am brand-neutral.

I work with:

  • major brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Omni, Loews, Fairmont, MGM Resorts, etc.)

  • independent and boutique hotels

  • resorts and conference centers

My recommendations are based on what’s best for your meeting, not what’s best for the hotel.

Where can you help me source meetings?

Though I’m based in Denver, Colorado, I source hotels:

  • across the United States

  • in Canada, the Caribbean, and Mexico

  • in many international destinations

If there’s a hotel in the destination you’re considering, I can usually help.

What type of meetings do you support?

I support a wide range of programs, including:

  • board and leadership retreats

  • annual conferences

  • sales meetings and trainings

  • association and nonprofit events

  • multi-day or multi-year programs

From small executive groups to large conferences, I help you find the right fit.

When should I involve you in the process?

Ideally, as early as possible — before you reach out to hotels.

That gives us the best leverage on:

  • rates and concessions

  • cancellation and attrition terms

  • any construction or renovation concerns

If you’ve already started talking with hotels, I can still step in to help review proposals and contracts.

Can you help social, nonprofits or associations with tight budgets?

Yes. Many of my clients are social groups (weddings, competitions, family reunions), nonprofits or associations. I help find budget-friendly options, fair terms, and strong concessions to maximize value.

Do you offer event planning or on-site event services?

We do! If you need help beyond hotel sourcing — such as event planning, program support, or on-site services — Meetings Made Easy has a dedicated events team that can assist.

These services are separate from what I provide and are paid services, but I’m happy to connect you with the right person to talk through what you need.
