A meeting broker helps organizations find hotels, compare rates and fees, negotiate contracts and manage the hotel sourcing process. This allows you to focus on everything else on your plate. Think of me like a realtor but for meetings and events.
How much do your services cost?
My services are completely free to you. Hotels pay my commission (just like a travel agent or hotels.com), so your budget stays intact. My loyalty is always to my clients.
Why should I use a meeting broker instead of going directly to hotels?
I save you time and protect you from risks you may not see in proposals or contracts. I know what questions to ask, where the hidden fees are, and how to negotiate terms that benefit you. Plus, you get multiple hotel options from one point of contact. You don’t have to spend all your time sending out RFP’s and dealing with the back and forth.
Do you work with all types of meetings and groups?
Yes, I support conferences, retreats, citywides, board meetings, trainings, multi-day events, SKO’s, and more. As long as you need a minimum of 10 guest rooms on one night, I can help.
Do I have to sign a contract with you?
No. At Meetings Made Easy, we don’t require client contracts. We believe in earning your trust through great service, not paperwork.
How long does it take to receive hotel options?
Typically a few business days. I’m always transparent about timelines.
What kinds of hotels do you work with?
I work with hotels and destinations across the U.S. and globally, from major brands to independent and boutique properties. Our partnerships include brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Four Seasons, Accor, Omni, Loews, Fairmont, and MGM Resorts — just to name a few.
Because of these relationships, I can quickly identify the properties that align best with your dates, meeting goals, and budget. My focus is always on finding the right fit for your program, not just filling rooms.
Do you help with site visits?
Yes, I coordinate site visits with the destination and hotels you are traveling to visit. Sometimes I’ll even join you.
What if my plans change?
I can help you navigate date changes, rebooking options, or cancellation policies depending on the hotel contract. My job doesn’t end when the contract is signed. I continue to assist you throughout the process when needed.
Can you help social, nonprofits or associations with tight budgets?
Yes. Many of my clients are social groups (weddings, competitions, family reunions), nonprofits or associations. I help find budget-friendly options, fair terms, and strong concessions to maximize value.
Do you offer event planning or on-site event services?
We do! If you need help beyond hotel sourcing — such as event planning, program support, or on-site services — Meetings Made Easy has a dedicated events team that can assist.
These services are separate from what I provide and are paid services, but I’m happy to connect you with the right person to talk through what you need.
